Could you live off grid in a house made of sandbags...
Could you commit to the hard work of farming...
or live in a shack...
recycling odds n ends to add on living space...
in hard times, this may be all you can afford...
for extreme storage underground, a root cellar...
a last resort, but think of the homeless that do live like this...
what if it became illegal to live of grid...
New World Order
NOT!
Good to see those images, might have to borrow one or two of them... have a similar themed post planned for tomorrow...

Hi Sharon...in response to your comment on my blog...I completely understand and went through the same thing with an alcoholic ex...sometimes I feel like I just go through the motions.. I grew up with some wonderful holidays as a child but over the years it has slowly been squashed...lately by a nasty step family...oh well... so I try to grab what I can ..for me this time of year is a herald to the start of planning the next garden which I will be posting alot on that soon...I am also going to post again on donations to the most vulnerable of our society so I am going to snag some of your pics for that very post!!
ReplyDeleteSo I wish you peace this week Sharon... something this world needs right now...

The first photo reminds me of an art gallery/studio I went to in Arizona. The Cosanti, Soleri Gardens. If you google it (images) there are a lot of photos of it.
ReplyDeleteWe wandered around there for hours, looking at the structures as much as the art that was for sale. I remember car windshields for windows, and old refridgerator type doors in the sides of buildings.
Those types of buildings are always so interesting AND inspiring.
